V the Market

Wayne & Jane’s Wine & Whisky Bar at V-the Market is partnering with Caught Wild Salmon, LLC (owned by Danvillians, Jason &  Mary Beth McKinley who annually spend 8 weeks every summer in Alaska fishing salmon), to bring you a stellar line-up of wines & salmon delicacies.  Taste 5 premium wines & 3 salmon delicacies (cooked on site on their Big Green Egg) for $12/person.  Fun is from 6-8:30 p.m.  Wines are premium…including the 94 pt. Bethel Heights Chard (Willamette Valley), JK Carriere Willamette Valley Pinot Noir (92 pts), a delicious Pouilly Fume from Serge Dagueneau & Fils (Loire Valley), a Kerner from Alto Aldige (an unusual grape (Riesling/Trollinger hybrid that is delivering a lot of structure and finesse for the price), and a perennial summertime standard, Albert Mann Pinot Blanc.  Hope to see  you there!
